Questions a shop owner would ask.

Who built this?
A working CNC machinist with 10+ years of precision machining, at PolyMetric Fabrication LLC in New Hampshire. He built it for shops like his.
Do I have to pay every year?
Only for maintenance, and you can cancel it anytime. Each purchase is a perpetual license for one PC plus the first year of updates and support, charged together the day you buy. Maintenance then renews yearly until you cancel. Cancel, and the software keeps working on the version you have. No cloud account.
Is my data in the cloud?
No. It sits on your own PC. The only thing that goes out is a once-a-day version check, which you can turn off.
What happens when the trial runs out?
The apps open read-only, and you can still view and export everything. A license picks up where you left off.
What if my PC dies or I replace it?
Restore a backup on the new PC and send me its request code. Each license gets one free move every 12 months.
Are these official AS9102 forms?
They're laid out in AS9102 format, with no approval or accreditation behind them. Using them doesn't make your shop meet any standard.
What do I need to run it?
A regular 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 PC. Installing takes administrator rights, and no internet is needed to run.
