Request codes optional

Already installed the trial? In each program open Help > License and copy the request code for each of the 5 PCs. You can also leave these blank and paste the codes at checkout.

Notes optional

We use what you enter only to prepare your quote and reply to you: no mailing list, and nothing is sold or shared. Your state and ZIP are used for the sales tax estimate. Spam checks run through Cloudflare. Card details go only to Link at checkout, never to us. More in the privacy note.

Sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout by our reseller Link (Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe affiliate), which is the merchant of record. Questions first? contact@polymetricfab.com.
